In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website (occam-ds.com) is Occam Digital Solutions, S.L., tax ID B00000000, registered office in Spain, entered in the Registro Mercantil.

Purpose

occam-ds.com is an informational site presenting the owner’s industrial software consulting and development services, its working method and its product ecosystem. No products or services are sold through the site, no advertising is displayed and no payment systems are included.

The only interactive feature is the audit request form, which sends the data you enter to the owner’s mailbox. How that data is processed is set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, the Occam brand, the symbol and the original contents of the site belong to its owner. The Occam, OccamFlow, GlassFlow, PharmaFlow, CurlFlow and Sentinel marks, as well as the symbol, may not be reproduced or modified without express authorisation.

Third-party names, brands and logos shown (technologies or tools) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and information purposes only.

Content of the product sections

What they describe — the services, the Flow ecosystem and the screen mock-up in the "On screen" section — is our own product and its development status, not results obtained at a client’s premises. The image in that section is a mock-up of the interface, not a screenshot of real data. No case studies, testimonials or third-party indicators are published.

If a client case is published in the future, it will be with their authorisation or anonymised, and it will describe results measured in a specific context, without constituting any guarantee of results in another project.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". The owner tries to keep the information correct and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the continuous availability of the service.

The site may link to external pages over which the owner has no control; links do not imply endorsement of or responsibility for their content.

Applicable law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s registered office, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
