01 — THE PROBLEM TODAY
Paper arrives late
Today the job is closed on a piece of paper. The customer signs on top of a folder, the sheet travels around in the van for three days, and somebody types it in again. Meanwhile the invoice waits for that paper, and if the customer complains the only evidence is a signature nobody can read.

The job closes where it happens
With the app, whoever is fitting opens their phone and sees their day: where, at what time and what they are carrying. When it is done the customer signs right there over the real hours. The office sees it immediately and what was signed is exactly what gets invoiced: what closed on Tuesday is billed on Tuesday.

Offline too
Basements and concrete units have no signal, and that is exactly where the work happens. Sheets are signed and jobs closed the same way with no line, what was done is saved, and it sends itself when the signal returns. Retrying does not duplicate: one job sheet is one job sheet, however many times it is sent.

What must not be on the phone
And what the app deliberately does not carry: not one price. Phones get left on the dashboard of a van, and the company’s rate card cannot be there; whoever measures does see the quote, whoever fits never does. There is no week view either: today and tomorrow, which is what a site needs.

How we work
- The site sets the pace
- An app that gets in the way for one minute stops being used and the paper comes back. This one is designed not to.
- Carry only what is needed
- A phone that gets left in a van carries only what the day’s work requires.
- What is signed is what is billed
- The sheet the customer signs on site reaches the invoice as it is, with no re-typing in between.
- Each trade sees its own
- Measuring and fitting are not the same trade and do not see the same screen. That is a rule of the system, not a matter of trust.
