Sentinel explains the reason. It does not confirm or sign by itself.

01 — THE PROBLEM TODAY

Problems do not announce themselves

The expensive problems in a company do not arrive by email. Nobody writes in to say that the order due out on Monday is still sitting there, or that the customer quoted three weeks ago has not replied. They are absences, and an absence interrupts nobody: it is discovered on Thursday, with the crew already in the van.

02 — WHAT CHANGES

Not a feature list. A different way for work to move.

  1. 01

    Watching is not chatting

Sentinel is the part that watches all of that, all the time. It does not chat and it does not summarise email: it follows the route and warns when something drifts. "This order is two days late and it is blocking Thursday’s installation" is useful because it arrives in time to call the supplier, and because it reaches the person who can make that call.

  2. 02

    The documents coming in

The other half is the paperwork coming in. Delivery notes, order confirmations and supplier quotes are read automatically and checked against what was ordered; anything that does not match is flagged for a person to look at. Sentinel prepares the work, but confirming, signing and talking to the customer stay with somebody who has a name.

  3. 03

    Quiet by default

Warning about everything is warning about nothing: minor alerts wait on the panel and only the urgent ones interrupt. It is not a separate product — it comes with any vertical in the Flow ecosystem — and the artificial-intelligence side runs against an agreed cap with usage on screen, not in a surprise invoice at month end.

03 — IN PRACTICE

What it includes

  • 01

Flags what is running late while there is still time to react, not once it has happened

  • 02

Also catches what generates no alert at all: the quote nobody answered, the order nobody chased

  • 03

The alert reaches whoever can fix it, with the document and the reason in front of them

  • 04

Reads incoming delivery notes and quotes; anything that does not match is looked at by a person

  • 05

Tiered: minor things wait on the panel and only the urgent ones interrupt

04 — THE RULES

How we work

01
A late warning is no warning
An alert is worth the room it leaves you to react. After that it is not an alert, it is a damage report.
02
A person decides
The system watches, prepares and proposes. Confirming, signing and answering the customer belong to somebody with a name.
03
Silent by default
It only interrupts what deserves interrupting. The rest waits on the panel until there is a moment.
04
No surprise invoices
Whatever is charged by usage runs against an agreed cap, and the month’s usage is on screen all month.
